Issue Description : Users experience general latency when using Outlook on the web.
More info: Impact is specific to users with multiple instances of Outlook on the web open on the same device.
Scope of impact : Any user with multiple tabs or windows of Outlook on the web on the same device may be impacted.
Final Update : 08/06/2022 11:26:00 AM – Microsoft have confirmed with some affected users that their fix has remediated impact.
Root cause : A code error was causing requests to be sent via an older version of HTTP, resulting in inefficient processing and subsequently queued requests that caused slowness when using Outlook on the web.
Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing the code to better understand how the error was introduced, which will allow us to prevent similar impact in the future.
