We were previously made aware of an issue related to Microsoft Teams which related to a Plugin used by Outlook. Impacted users may have received the error message below when trying to create a calendar invite to a new meeting:
‘The user account in Outlook and Teams do not match. Please make sure you are signed in to both application with the same user name and privileges’.
Microsoft have now rolled back the change responsible for this issue on the NHS Shared Tenant.
