Issue Description : Users may be unable to select non-default environments for approvals.

More info : While we were focused on remediating this issue, retries may have been successful.

Scope of Impact : Your organization is affected and some users attempting to choose non-default environments within the Approvals personal app may be impacted.

Final Update : 11/04/2022 04:36:00 PM – Microsoft’s monitoring has validated that rebalancing load has remediated impact.

Root cause : Intermittent cache failures within a portion of infrastructure used for environment approvals was resulting in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are continuing our review of service telemetry and caching to better understand the source of the caching issue and prevent similar impact in the future.
