Issue Description : Users may experience timeout errors or failures when running a flow that utilizes the Office 365 connector.
Final Update : 25/04/2022 02:46:00 PM – After investigating additional telemetry Microsoft identified a database infrastructure component reached a capacity constraint limitation, causing API calls for connectors to fail. Microsoft increased capacity for the impacted database infrastructure component and confirmed via telemetry that flows utilizing the Office 365 connector are no longer failing.
Root Cause : A database infrastructure component responsible for the Office 365 connector experienced a capacity constraint limitation.
Next Steps : Microsoft are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
