Issue Status : RESTORED

Issue Description : Admins may notice Microsoft 365 app usage and Active Users reports data are delayed after April 18, 2022.

Scope of impact : This issue could potentially affect any admin if they are hosted through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update : 27/04/2022 08:48:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed via telemetry that the data pipelines have fully recovered, and service is restored.

Root Cause : A data source delay is preventing the affected usage reports from appearing within the Microsoft 365 admin center within the expected timeframe.

Next steps :  To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing the underlying cause of the data source delay that was leading to impact.
