Issue Description : Users may be encountering an error when attempting to send e-fax messages via Outlook on the web.
More info : Impact is limited to messages sent through a third party e-fax service.
Users may see the following error:
“No user found with this address”.
Scope of Impact : Users attempting to send an e-fax through a third-party service via Outlook on the web may be impacted.
Final Update : 20/04/2022 12:57:00 PM – Deployment of the fix is compete, and Microsoft confirmed with the representatives that the issue is no longer occurring once affected users have restarted their Outlook client to receive the fix. They have determined that this issue is resolved.
Root cause : A recent deployment contained an error in code that is leading to impact.
Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our validation procedures to detect issues like this prior to deployment in the future.
