Issue Description : Users were unable to access or create new Microsoft Sways.

More info: This Service Incident was a duplicate of SW364924. We posted this communication in parallel with Service Incident SW364924 as some customers were unable to view that event.

Scope of impact : This issue impacted users attempting to access or create new Microsoft Sways.

Final Update : 27/04/2022 03:07:00 PM – Microsoft completed the deployment of the new authentication configuration and confirmed that the issue is resolved after monitoring the environment.

Root cause: A service-to-service authentication configuration mismatch resulted in impact.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing system diagnostics to determine why the service-to-service authentication configuration mismatch occurred and develop action items to prevent this happening again.
