Description: We have been made aware of an intermittent issue whereby mails sent from the nhs.net domain to nhs.uk, and some .co.uk domains, are delayed / failing.
Business Impact: Mails sent from nhs.net to some domains, including nhs.uk and gov.uk, are not being received by the intended recipient(s).
Final Update: 27/04/2022 17:00:00 PM – The NHSmail engineers have continued to monitor the service for the remainder of the day with no further issues observed. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to fix this issue.
