Issue Description : We are aware of an issue affecting a subset of users, where they are unable to complete end user enrolment of Android devices.

Scope of Impact : Impact is specific to the end user enrolment process, is intermittent and is not limited to a particular OS version. On affected devices, the Android enrolment process cannot be completed.

Current Update : 23/03/2022 10:48:00 AM – The Intune Live Services Team have confirmed issue is now resolved, and Android devices can complete enrolment onto Intune.

Root cause: A recent update to optimise Intune service performance inadvertently introduced an error preventing users from enrolling Android devices with Microsoft Intune. Microsoft will be reviewing the update to understand what caused the problem and to assess how the this wasn’t identified during their update testing procedures.
