Issue Description : Users may see OneDrive and SharePoint Online usage reports displaying incorrect URL and Owner Display Name formats.

Scope of Impact : Users attempting to view OneDrive and SharePoint Online usage report URL and Owner Display Name formats may be impacted.

Final Update : 11/04/2022 04:32:00 PM (BST) – Microsoft successfully updated the authentication component and have confirmed, after monitoring the service environment, that impact is remediated.

Root cause : An authentication component misconfiguration is causing an upstream network configuration mismatch and resulting in incorrect data being displayed in certain usage reports.

Next steps : Microsoft are reviewing our authentication configuration procedures to find ways to prevent this problem from happening again.
