Issue Description: Users may intermittently be unable to start new Microsoft Teams live events.

Scope of Impact : This issue intermittently affects any users attempting to start Microsoft Teams live events.

Current Update: 25/03/2022 08:07:00 AM – Microsoft reverted the recent code change and confirmed via telemetry that impact has been remediated.

Root cause : A recent code change intended to improve authentication is resulting in 403 errors, which is intermittently preventing users from starting new Microsoft Teams live events.
