Issue Description: Users may have experienced solution checker failures if flow components were present within the solution.

More Info: Users may receive the following error message, “Something went wrong, please try again.”

Final Update: 17/02/2022 09:45:00 AM: Microsoft have rolled back the feature change, performed restarts of the affected infrastructure, and have confirmed through telemetry analysis that solution checker failures are no longer occurring.
