Issue Description: Users were unable to open solutions in solution explorer within the Power Apps Maker Portal.
More Info: Users may receive the following error message, “Something went wrong, please try again.”
Final Update: 16/02/2022 05:23:00 PM: The regional SQL database infrastructure supporting Power Apps Maker Portal functionality entered an unhealthy state. During service health monitoring Microsoft observed recovery in the impacted SQL database infrastructure and confirmed that errors are no longer occurring when opening solutions.
