Issue Description: Admins may be unable to view the expected information within the Health section of the Microsoft 365 admin center

More info: Within the Health section of the admin center, the specific areas were impacted:
– Service health – No information was rendered, and users may have seen the error “We are having trouble getting info about your service incidents, advisories, and history right now. Try again in a few minutes.”
– Message center – Admins may have seen the error ‘Try refreshing the page. Something went wrong and we could not load your message. Try again.’

Scope of Impact : Impact is specific to admins who attempt to view the Health section of the admin center.

Final Update: 28/02/2022 07:39:00 AM – Microsoft confirmed via monitoring telemetry that the update causing impact has successfully been reverted back for all affected environments, restoring admins’ ability to once again view expected information in the Health section of the Microsoft 365 admin center.
