Service Announcement – Intune Admin Authentication Degradation

We are aware of an issue currently affecting the Intune service, where administrators are being prompted to re-authenticate approximately every 1 hour.
We are actively working with Microsoft to investigate and resolve the issue.
Impact
- Administrators may be prompted to sign in more frequently than expected when accessing the Intune admin centre.
- Some users may encounter intermittent authentication errors during this process.
Workaround
- If prompted, select “Sign in again” and complete the authentication process as normal.
- If you receive an error stating “experiencing authentication issues”, please sign out fully, then sign back in and retry authentication.

- No further action is required at this time beyond the steps above.
