Issue Description: Users may have been unable to enroll devices within the Microsoft Intune service.
More info: Users may have also experienced impact to the following scenarios:
– Creating new device policies.
– Updating device policies.
Scope of Impact : Impact was specific to users served through the affected infrastructure
Final Update: 07/02/2022 11:59:00 AM: Microsoft confirmed that an unexpected spike in user traffic, leading to throttling being applied to the service, was causing this issue. While they were working towards remediation automation recovered the service, and they confirmed after monitoring that impact has been alleviated.
