Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of email delivery delay for mail being sent or received by external domains.
Business Impact : Users may experience a delay for mail being sent or received by external domains.
Final Update – 23/02/2022 05:53:00 PM : The NHSmail engineers have continued to monitor the email queues for the remainder of the day with the email backlog now successfully processed with no further issues observed. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to fix this issue.
