Issue Description: The NHSMail team are aware of an issue whereby users may experience delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net.
Business Impact : Users may see delay in delivery of emails from external domain to nhs.net domain.
Final Update – 22/02/2022 05:47:00 PM : After a period of monitoring, the NHSmail Team have observed no further issues regarding email delivery from external domains to nhs.net mailboxes. Organisations receiving email that relates to patient care may wish to verify all email has been successfully received. This may involve confirming a delivery receipt was received or, if the external organisation was sending email in larger volumes, validating email delivery was successful via the organisations available log data.
