Issue Description: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.
More info: As a workaround, users may be able to change their DNS provider to mitigate impact.
The majority of users reported impact to Exchange Online, however, other services such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business were also affected.
Scope of impact: Customer reports indicated that the majority of impact was isolated to the users who were routed through the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Final Update – 12/01/2022 12:58:00 PM : Microsoft confirmed that the service has remained stable and the issue is resolved. They are continuing to investigate the underlying cause and will provide a post-incident report with further information within five business days.
