Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We have be made aware of an issue with the O365 relating to users being unable to send external emails due to the tenant exceeding threshold.

Business Impact : Impacted users are unable to send external emails.

Current Update – 15/01/2022 07:42:00 AM: An issue was identified within the Microsoft Office 365 environment that was preventing emails from being transmitted to destinations external to NHSmail. Working with Microsoft, we confirmed that the issue was fixed at 05:45 this morning and following a period of monitoring we are moving the case to resolution.
