Issue Description: Users can’t update the ‘Section Title’ when setting the page selection to be collapsible in modern SharePoint Online.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to update the ‘Section Title’ when setting up a page in SharePoint Online may experience impact.

Final Update – 08/12/2021 16:56:00 PM: Microsoft investigation is complete, and they have verified that a recent change intended to enhance the SharePoint Online modern user experience exposed a regression which subsequently inhibited users from updating the ‘Section Title’ in collapsible page selection in modern SharePoint Online. To resolve the issue, they reverted this change to restore users to a previous, unaffected experience, and validated through the reports of some formerly affected users that resolution has been achieved.
