Issue Description: Users may be unable to access the service using Outlook or Outlook on the web connection methods.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to a section of users served through the affected infrastructure located across Costa Rica and Ecuador.
Final Update – 14/12/2021 11:34:00 AM: Microsoft confirmed that the section of network infrastructure was causing impact to occur. They have successfully removed the impacted network infrastructure from service, and have confirmed after a period of monitoring that impact has been remediated.
