Issue Description: Admins may have been unable to import existing mailbox data to new mailboxes within the Exchange Online service.

Scope of impact: This issue may have affected any admin attempting to import existing mailbox data within Exchange Online.

Final Update – 22/11/2021 07:52:00 AM: After validating the root cause of the issue, Microsoft reintroduced the absent code to the affected environment. They have confirmed with previously impacted admins that the issue has been remediated.
