Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure, located in Columbia.
Final Update – 03/11/2021 11:35:00 AM: Microsoft determined the service is healthy and a Microsoft-side service event didn’t actually occur. A third-party service unexpectedly caused network connection issues, the third-party has been contacted to resolve the issue.
