Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access Outlook on the web
Scope of impact: A portion of users routed through affected infrastructure may have been affected.
Final Update – 15/11/2021 07:40:00 AM: While Microsoft were in the process of analyzing system logs to isolate the source of the problem, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. They have confirmed that the problem is no longer occurring, and they will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.
