Licence Reconciliation Issue – UPDATED

We are aware of an issue following the FIDO Portal Release which prevents changes being made to user policies via the User Policy Management page on the Portal, and also prevents the addition of new users to a user policy via the Portal.

LATEST UPDATE: We are deploying an Emergency Portal Hotfix Release from 1930hrs this evening. Further details are available here.
