Please be aware, we are deploying an Emergency Portal Hotfix Release from 1930hrs this evening. This deployment could potentially relate in a degradation in the user experience when trying to make changes via the user details page on the NHSmail Portal.
The purpose of this Emergency Portal Hotfix Release is to ensure that a blank user details update can be completed again to reconcile changes made to an individual user via the user details page; this includes the full synchronisation of user policy applications and toggles.
Whilst licence reconciliation via the Policy Management function remains a priority, this emergency release will not rectify the overall issue. That will form part of a major Portal Release at a later date.
In cases where changes are required to a significant number of users in a user policy, please continue to utilise the Interim Licence Reconciliation process.
LATEST UPDATE: The deployment was completed successfully yesterday evening and resolved the issues identified as planned.
