Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: NHSmail engineers were made aware of an intermittent issue causing slowness when undertaking admin activities within the NHSmail Portal. This alert came via internal service monitoring.

Current Update: 23/11/2021 21:30 PM – The source of the Portal slowness this afternoon was identified, mitigated, and rectified by 13:00:00. Following extensive monitoring for the remainder of the day without further issues, we consider this issue resolved and closed.
