The NHSmail Helpdesk Telephony Service will be unavailable for a short time period between 1:00 AM and 1:30 AM on the 19th October, 2021. The period of unavailability is expected to last no more than 5 minutes.
Calls that are in progress with an NHSmail Helpdesk agent will not be impacted during the period of unavailability. Should you experience any issues in contacting the NHSmail Helpdesk via telephone, please use the NHSmail email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The NHSmail Helpdesk Self Service (HSS) will not be impacted as part of this change.
