Issue Description: Users are intermittently seeing only profile pictures or avatars instead of video during Microsoft Teams meetings.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to view video calls in Microsoft Teams may have experienced impact.

Final Update – 30/11/2021 08:27:00 AM: Microsoft determined that Native Rendering (NR) functionality wasn’t working as expected, and the backup rendering logic wasn’t completing the action. They started to use the backup rendering logic, while they fixed native rendering.
