Issue Description: Users aren’t receiving notifications through the Outlook on the web Activity header icon. “Likes” are an example of notifications that aren’t alerting.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and any user expecting to receive Activity notification alerts in Outlook on the web may be impacted.

Final Update – 04/10/2021 12:49:00 PM: Microsoft have confirmed that the fix has completed deployment to all impacted infrastructure and validated mitigation via internal testing and telemetry.
