Issue Description: We are aware of an issue with the O365 tenant relating to users being unable to send external email due to the tenant exceeding threshold.
Business Impact : Impacted users are unable to send external emails.
Final Update – 29/09/2021 04:34:00 PM: Following an extended period of monitoring throughout the day with no further issues raised related to this issue, the Incident has been Resolved. Our telemetry continues to confirm that emails are flowing from nhs.net to external domains without issue. Thank you for your patience.
