Description: We are receiving reports of an issue impacting a small subset of users accessing NHSmail through OWA via the HSCN.
Final Update: 23-09-2021 10:45:00 PM : Following an extended period of monitoring without any indication of issues and having received no tickets for this issue for over 24hrs, it has been determined that the issue is resolved. All checks across the NHSmail HSCN network have been positive and all tests have returned the correct result without exception. We would encourage anybody who experiences issues to raise a ticket in the usual way providing as much detail as possible to aid analysis. Thank you for your patience
