Description: We are aware of an issue regarding high volumes of email queuing on the NHSmail Relay. Emails are being delivered, however, their delivery may be delayed.
Business Impact: Users may experience a delay in receiving email from external domains to nhs.net or from the SMTP high-sending solution to nhs.net mailboxes.
Current Update- 11/08/2021 04:32:00 PM : The NHSmail engineers have continued to monitor the email queues over the course of this afternoon which has now returned to a normal level with emails processing without delay. Accenture are now working with Microsoft to determine the root cause of the issue.
