Issue Description: Users may experience issues joining or initiating Live Events within Microsoft Teams.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to a subset of users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 30/07/2021 06:23:00 PM: Microsoft’s investigation determined that a code issue unexpectedly caused some applications that are required for Microsoft Teams live events to be disabled. Microsoft re-enabled these applications and confirmed via telemetry that impact was mitigated.
