Issue Description: We are aware of an issue regarding high volumes of email queuing on the NHSmail Relay. Emails are being delivered however at a reduced rate. Engineers are currently investigating.
Business Impact: Users may experience a delay in receiving email.
Current Update – (14/07/2021 16:38 PM) : The NHSmail engineers have continued to monitor the email queues over the course of this afternoon which has now returned to a normal level with emails processing without delay. Accenture are now working with Microsoft to determine the root cause of the issue.
