Issue Description: Users in Canada may have degraded service functionality across all Microsoft 365 services. Users may have been unable to access Microsoft 365 services or had degraded functionality.
Impacted scenarios included users being unable to connect to Exchange Online, open documents in SharePoint via Office for the web, create or start Skype Meeting Broadcasts, or use live event Q&A in Microsoft Teams.
Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure in the Canada region may have been impacted.
Final Update – 22/06/2021 18:32:00 PM: Microsoft have completed the rebalancing efforts and monitored the environments to confirm system health, validating mitigation via telemetry.
