Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue where end users who have their password reset and where the box has been ticked to confirm a new password must be created at next login, are receiving an error message “Incorrect ID or Password”.

Business Impact: Impacted users are unable to login to their NHSmail accounts and to the NHSmail Portal with their new password.

Current Update – (16/06/2021 02:34 PM) : Engineers have identified the issue which was caused by a scheduled change, this change has been reversed and full functionality has been restored. Thank you for your patience.
