Sent Email Quarantine Issue

Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an issue impacting a small number of users where emails sent are being identified as false positives and quarantined. We are working with one of our suppliers to identify the root cause of the issue so that we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Business Impact: End users may see mails that have been sent are not retained in their Sent Items or delivered to the relevant recipient due to being incorrectly identified as spam / phishing emails.

Current Update – (14/05/2021 10:07 AM): The issue impacting sent mail which resulted in items being incorrectly quarantined has been resolved. Our supplier updated the spam / phishing patterns overnight and all quarantined mails have been re-processed. Any further issues should be reported to the Service Desk in the usual way. Thank you for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this issue.
