Issue Description: Users may have been unable to access Microsoft Teams.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to users who were served through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 20/05/2021 12:50:00 PM: While Microsoft engineers were in the process of analyzing system logs to formulate a remediation plan, system monitoring indicated that the service had returned to normal health. Microsoft have confirmed that the problem is no longer occurring, and will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the problem does not happen again.
