Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein some users experienced Windows and Android device enrollments failing.

Scope of impact: This issue could have potentially affected some of your users if they were routed through the affected infrastructure.

Final Update – 25/05/2021 08:53:00 AM: A recent service update intended to upgrade authentication components inadvertently introduced an issue that caused impact. Microsoft have reverted the impacting service update and confirmed via service monitoring that this has restored service.
