Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein users may notice delays receiving alerts emails from Identity protection.

Scope of impact: The impact was specific to users in the North America region. This issue may have potentially affected any alert emails from Identity protection.

Current Update – 14/05/2021 09:33:00 AM: Microsoft identified that a portion of infrastructure facilitating alert emails was performing below the expected service threshold. Microsoft restarted portions of the affected infrastructure and monitored the environment to ensure that service was restored.
