Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are investigating an issue wherein users may be intermittently unable to access your environment. A portion of the infrastructure responsible for environment access has entered an unhealthy state.

Scope of impact: Users may have been intermittently unable to access your environment.

Final Update – 04/04/2021 11:42:00 AM: During the telemetry review, our automated recovery procedures initiated without intervention and Microsoft was able to confirm via telemetry that environment access has been restored.

Microsoft Engineers are analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again.
