Error while updating User Account and User Policy

We are aware of an issue whereby Local Administrators may encounter below error while updating users, adding users to a user policy or updating user policy. Local Administrator may get below error –

Microsoft Case: 25440618

Current Update – 04/05/2021 09:12:00 AM: The issue is now resolved and NHSmail engineers continue to monitor the service.
