Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby a small number of users were experiencing slowness when trying to perform Admin activities via the NHSmail Portal.

Current Update – (09/03/2021 09:29:30 AM) : This issue has now been investigated and resolved by our NHSmail engineers. We will continue to monitor for the remainder of today to ensure service stability continues.
