Issue Description: : Some users’ presence status will appear as offline even though they are online. Affected users will still be able to other users’ presence status.

Current Update – (20/03/2021 02:31 AM): Impact is specific to a small number of users who are served through the affected infrastructure. Microsoft engineers are investigating a potential issue and checking for impact to your organization.
