Issue Description: We are aware of an issue wherein Admins are unable to view active sites within the SharePoint Online admin center.

Current Update – 30/03/2021 06:42:00 PM: Microsoft have determined that a recent service update that was designed to improve SharePoint Online access reliability had resulted in impact to admins attempting to view sites within the SharePoint Online admin center. Microsoft have reverted the offending update, and confirmed with previously affected admins that it has successfully remediated impact.
