Issue Description: We are aware of an issue whereby Some admins may be unable to see updated reports within the Microsoft 365 portal.

Current Update – 01/03/2021 11:42:30 AM: Microsoft is analyzing diagnostic data as they identified some upstream functions are not performing as expected, causing report data to not be updated.
