Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Admins may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin portal and may receive an error code: 0 and/or a correlation ID.

Scope of impact: Admins routed through the South Central United States, Western United Kingdom, or France regions may have been impacted by this issue.

Current Update – 31/03/2021 10:05:00 AM: Microsoft have restarted the impacted infrastructure and confirmed with affected admins, along with service health infrastructure returning to healthy levels, that service is restored.
