Microsoft Alert: Delays receiving email through Exchange Online

Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users are experiencing delays of up to two hours in receiving email in all Exchange Online connection methods. This only impacted email that was directed through a third-party security device.

Current Update – (19/03/2021 07:46 PM): While requesting additional logging data and message IDs, your organization reported that they moved traffic away from a third-party security device, resolving the issue. We’ve determined that no service-side issue occurred and impact has been remediated.
